Walking
From the center of Aparan, head southeast towards the main road (Aparan - Dzorakap road). Walk along the main road for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach the village of Dzorakap. The road is fairly straight and has pedestrian pathways for safety. As you approach Dzorakap, look for signs directing you towards Hogevank, which is a monastery located just outside the village. Continue walking for an additional 1 kilometer, keeping an eye out for the Hogevank Monastery on your left.
Public Transport (Minibus)
Start at the central bus station in Aparan. Look for a minibus heading towards Dzorakap. These minibuses usually leave when filled, so be prepared to wait a short while. The ride to Dzorakap will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Dzorakap, disembark and ask locals for directions to Hogevank. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the minibus drop-off point to the monastery, following the main road until you see the signs for Hogevank.
