Car
From the center of Shirak, head southeast on the M1 road towards Yerevan. After approximately 10 km, take the exit towards Gyumri. Continue on the M1 for about 30 km until you reach Gyumri. Once in Gyumri, follow the signs for the M1 road towards Harich. After about 15 km, you will see signs for Harichavank. Turn left onto a smaller road and continue for about 5 km until you reach the Harichavank Monastery complex.
Public Transportation
From the main bus station in Shirak, take a marshrutka (minibus) heading to Gyumri. The journey takes about 30 minutes and costs around 300 AMD. Once you arrive in Gyumri, you will need to transfer to another marshrutka heading towards Harich. Look for marshrutkas marked with 'Harich' or ask locals for help. The second leg of the journey will take approximately 20 minutes and will cost around 200 AMD. Once you reach Harich, the monastery will be a short walk from the drop-off point.
