From the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex, head south towards the main road (Aram Manukyan Street). Turn left onto Aram Manukyan Street and continue straight. After approximately 1 kilometer, turn right onto Azatutyan Avenue. Victory Park will be on your left after about 1.5 kilometers. There is parking available near the entrance.

From the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex, walk to the nearest bus stop at the top of the hill on Aram Manukyan Street. Take bus number 7 or 11 towards Kanaker. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the 'Victory Park' stop. From there, walk a short distance towards Azatutyan Avenue, and you will see the entrance to Victory Park.
