Public Transport
To reach Lake Arpi via public transportation, take a bus or minibus from Yerevan to Gyumri, which takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. From Gyumri, take another minibus towards one of the villages surrounding the lake, such as Shaghik or Garnarich. The ride from Gyumri to the lake takes about 1.5 hours and costs around 500 AMD. Note that minibus frequencies may vary, so it's best to check the schedule or ask locals for the next available ride.

Taxis are available from Gyumri to Lake Arpi. The ride takes approximately 1.5 hours and costs between 4400-6000 AMD. Negotiate the fare beforehand.

Car
If driving from Yerevan, take the M1 highway towards Gyumri. After approximately 2 hours, you will reach the town of Artik. From Artik, follow the road signs toward Lake Arpi, which will lead you onto the M12 road. Continue on this road for about 25 kilometers until you reach the lake. The last stretch may involve some unpaved roads, so a vehicle with good clearance is recommended. There may be a small fee (around 2000 AMD) for vehicle entry to the park.
