Public Transport
From the Dilijan bus station, take a marshrutka (minibus) heading towards Ijevan. Inform the driver that you want to stop at the Dimats Mountain trailhead. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive, follow the signs leading to the hiking trail. It's a short walk from the drop-off point to the starting point of the hike. A one-way ticket on the marshrutka will typically cost around 200-300 AMD.

From the center of Dilijan, head northwest on Myasnikyan Street towards Kamo Street. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers, passing the Dilijan National Park entrance on your right. Turn left onto the road marked with a sign for Dimats Mountain. Follow this road for approximately 3 kilometers until you reach the parking area near the hiking start point. You will see a sign for Dimats Mountain as you arrive. Parking is generally free. Be aware that the road to Dimats can be challenging and may require a vehicle with high clearance.

Start at the Dilijan Central Park. From the park, head east towards the main road (A1). Walk along the road until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the Dilijan National Park entrance. This should take about 15 minutes. Once at the intersection, take a left onto the road leading to the park. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers, enjoying the scenic views. You will eventually see a sign for 'Dimats Mountain' indicating the trailhead. This is where the hiking trail begins.
