Walking
From the center of Dilijan, head east on Myasnikyan Street. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Gayi Street. Turn left onto Gayi Street and walk for another 500 meters. You'll see a sign for Tsaghkadzor on your right. Follow the road, which will lead you into the scenic area of Tsaghkadzor. The Leonid Yengibarov Monument is located at GPJ9+CRR, Tsaghkadzor 2310, which is just a short walk from the main road.

From Dilijan, walk to the main bus station located near the center of town. Look for a minibus (marshrutka) heading to Tsaghkadzor. The ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Tsaghkadzor, disembark at the main square (it’s a popular drop-off point). From there, head towards GPJ9+CRR, which is approximately a 10-minute walk straight down the main road. Follow the signs that will direct you towards the Leonid Yengibarov Monument, which is located close to the local park.
