Walking
If you're in Tsovazard, walking to Golden Beach is a pleasant option. Head east towards the shoreline of Lake Sevan and follow signs to the beach area. The walk is approximately 2 km and should take around 30 minutes. Ensure you wear comfortable shoes and bring water, particularly on warm days.
Public Transport
To reach Golden Beach via public transport, take a marshrutka (minibus) from Yerevan to Tsovazard. Marshrutkas depart from Yerevan's central bus station. Upon arrival in Tsovazard, you can walk or hire a local taxi to reach the beach, roughly 2 km from the town center. A short taxi ride should cost around 500-1000 AMD.
Car
If driving from Yerevan, take the M1 highway towards Ashtarak. After about 25 km, follow signs to the Geghama Mountains and then to Tsovazard. Use GPS to navigate to the coordinates 40.4691397, 45.0670056. Parking is available near the beach. Parking costs may vary, but expect to pay around 500 AMD per hour.
