Getting There

    From Geghard Monastery, head south on the main road (H8) towards Garni for approximately 10 kilometers. Look for signs indicating the direction to the Garni Temple. As you approach Garni, a sign for the footbridge leading to Ущелье Черного дракона (Black Dragon Gorge) will appear. Turn onto the road to the footbridge parking area. A small parking fee may apply, typically ranging from 500 to 1000 AMD.

    From Geghard Monastery, walk to the nearest bus stop to catch a minibus (marshrutka) to Garni. Buses depart regularly, and the fare is around 200-300 AMD. Inform the driver you are going to Garni. Once in Garni, head towards the Garni Temple; signs for the footbridge to Ущелье Черного дракона will be visible. Walk towards the footbridge and cross it to reach the gorge. An entrance fee of 500-1000 AMD may apply.
