Getting There

From Haghartsin Monastery, get into your car and head southeast on the road leading away from the monastery. After approximately 1.2 kilometers, you will reach a junction. Turn right onto the A1 highway towards Dilijan. Continue on this road for about 10 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to Lake Parz. Once you reach the entrance to Lake Parz, you may need to pay a small parking fee, usually around 1,000 AMD (approximately $2.50). The lake parking area is very close to the water's edge, making it easy to access.

From Haghartsin Monastery, walk to the nearest bus stop along the main road. You can catch a minibus (marshrutka) headed towards Dilijan. The fare is typically around 300 AMD (about $0.75).
