Walking
From Goshavank Monastery, the most common starting point, follow the well-trodden path southwest for approximately 4.2 km. The hike is of medium difficulty and takes around 3 hours, including the return trip. Be mindful of muddy conditions after rain.
Taxi
From Dilijan city center, a taxi ride to Gosh village, the closest access point to the lake, typically costs between $7 and $10 and takes about 23 minutes. From Gosh village, it's a 4.2km hike to Lake Gosh.
4x4 Vehicle
During certain times of the year, the lake can only be accessed by 4x4 vehicle. Offroad vehicles depart from Goshavank Monastery for a fee of 7000 AMD (approximately $18 USD).
