Start your journey at the central square of Kapan, near the Kapan City Hall. From the square, head southeast along Tigran Mets Street. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Ashot Yerevantsi Street. Turn left onto Ashot Yerevantsi Street and walk for another 500 meters until you reach the bus station.

At the Kapan bus station, look for a minibus heading to Tsitsernavank or a nearby village. The fare is usually very cheap, around 200-300 AMD. Inform the driver that you want to visit Ağoğlan monastırı. The journey should take about 30-40 minutes depending on the number of stops. Get off when the driver indicates Tsitsernavank.
