There is parking available nearby, but be mindful of any parking restrictions.

The marshrutkas frequently depart from the main bus station in Kotayk. Once you arrive at the central bus station in Yerevan, you can either walk or take a local bus to Abovyan Street. If walking, head towards Abovyan Street; it should take you approximately 15-20 minutes. If you opt for a local bus, check the route that goes towards Kentron and get off at the stop nearest to Abovyan Street. From there, walk to number 12.
