Car
If you're traveling by car, start your journey from the nearest city, Yerevan. Head northwest on the M1 highway towards Ashtarak. After approximately 30 km, take the turnoff toward the Aragats Mountain area, following signs for Byurakan. Continue on this road until you reach the village of Byurakan. From Byurakan, take the road leading to the foot of Mount Aragats. Follow this road until you reach the trailhead for the waterfall, located at coordinates 40.4997° N, 44.2069° E. You may need a 4x4 vehicle as the last stretch of the road can be rough. There may be parking available near the trailhead.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a minibus (marshrutka) from Yerevan to Ashtarak. The minibus will drop you off in Ashtarak, from where you can catch another marshrutka heading to Byurakan. Once in Byurakan, you can either walk or hire a local taxi to take you to the trailhead for the waterfall, located at coordinates 40.4997° N, 44.2069° E. Be prepared to negotiate the taxi fare, which should be around 2000-3000 AMD (about $5-$8 USD) for the short trip to the trailhead.
