If you're traveling by car, begin your journey from the town of Ashtarak in Aragatsotn. Head south on the M1 highway for about 22 kilometers. Look for the signs directing you towards Mount Aragats. You will eventually take a left turn onto a smaller road leading directly to the mountain area. The road will gradually ascend, and you may encounter some rough patches, so ensure your vehicle is suitable for mountainous terrains. The final stretch will lead you to the parking area at the foot of Mount Aragats. There is no entrance fee for the national park.
