If you're traveling by car, start from the capital of Syunik, Goris. Head south on the M2 highway towards Kapan. After approximately 20 km, look for signs directing you to Amaras Highway. Turn right onto Amaras Highway and continue for about 12 km. You'll see the monastery's entrance on your left. There is no entrance fee, but be cautious on the winding roads.

From Goris, take a minibus (marshrutka) heading towards Kapan. The fare is around 300 AMD and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at the turn for Amaras Highway. From there, you will need to walk approximately 3 km along Amaras Highway to reach the monastery. Be sure to check the minibus schedule, as they may not run frequently.
