From Tatev Monastery, head back to the main road (Kapan Highway) which is about a 15-minute drive. Once you reach the Kapan Highway, turn left towards Goris. Continue driving for approximately 30 kilometers (about 30 minutes) until you reach the coordinates F8VW+G6X, Kapan Highway, Goris. The location will be on your right side.
