Yell Extreme Park, near Apaga Resort, is the first adventure park in Armenia and one of the largest in the Caucasus. Visitors can enjoy ziplining, horseback riding, mountain biking, paragliding, and off-road tours. The ziplining includes flights with cables between 135 and 750 meters long, crossing the scenic Yenokavan Canyon. Beyond the adrenaline rush, Yenokavan offers cultural and historical experiences. The village was known as Krdevan until 1935 and was renamed in honor of Yenok Mkrtumian, a revolutionary. Explore ancient churches, fortresses, and the S. Sargis Chapel, a 13th-century religious and cultural landmark. Hike to Lastiver Caves, where locals hid during Mongol invasions in the 13th-14th centuries, and see the carved images and sculptures on the cave walls.
