From the center of Tsaghkadzor, head south on the main road towards the 'Tsaghkadzor Ski Resort.' You will see signs indicating the direction to Yerevan. Keep walking straight, and you will find a bus station on your right side. This station has buses and minibuses that travel to Yerevan.

From Tsaghkadzor, walk to the nearest bus station located on the main road. Look for a minibus (marshrutka) heading to Yerevan. The fare is usually very affordable, around 500-1000 AMD. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Make sure to tell the driver you want to go to 'Kond' in Yerevan, as it is a well-known area. Once you arrive in Yerevan, you can ask locals for directions to the Kond neighborhood or use a mapping app on your phone.
