Walking
From the center of Vayk, head west towards the main road (M3). Walk along the M3 for approximately 2.5 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for Gndevaz village. The turnoff will be marked with a small sign. Turn left onto the road leading to Gndevaz. Continue walking along this road for about 1 kilometer. As you approach the village, keep an eye out for the monastery, which is situated on a hill to your right. Follow the footpath leading up to Gndevank Monastery, which is well marked and will take you directly to the site.
Public Transport
From Vayk, you can take a local minibus (marshrutka) heading towards Gndevaz. Catch the marshrutka from the main bus station in Vayk. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Gndevaz, ask the driver or locals for directions to Gndevank Monastery, which is a short walk from the bus stop. You may need to walk uphill for about 10-15 minutes to reach the monastery.
