If you are starting from Republic Square, exit the square and head east on Abovyan Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Nalbandyan Street. Turn left onto Nalbandyan Street and walk for about 5 minutes. The Alexander Spendiaryan House-Museum will be on your right at 21 Nalbandyan St.

From Republic Square, walk to the nearest bus stop for routes 1 or 4, which can be found on Tigran Mets Avenue. Take either bus and get off at the 'Nalbandyan Street' stop. After getting off, walk a short distance back towards Nalbandyan Street and you will see the Alexander Spendiaryan House-Museum at 21 Nalbandyan St on your left.
