Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Republic Square, head south on Abovyan Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Mashtots Avenue. Turn left onto Mashtots Avenue and walk until you see the Matenadaran (the Museum of Ancient Manuscripts) on your right. Continue past the Matenadaran for a few blocks until you reach the intersection with Vardanants Street, where you will turn right. Continue walking on Vardanants Street, and shortly after, you will find the Arno Babajanyan Statue located at 5GM8+J6P, Yerevan, on your left.

  • Public Transport (Bus/Minibus)

    From Republic Square, you can take a minibus (also known as a marshrutka) that goes towards the Matenadaran. Look for minibuses with the number 5 or 11. Board the minibus and ask the driver to drop you off at the Matenadaran stop. Once you get off, walk along Vardanants Street toward the statue, which will be on your left after a short walk.
