Walking
If you're starting from Republic Square, walk south towards Mashtots Avenue. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Tigran Mets Avenue. Turn left onto Tigran Mets Avenue and walk for another 300 meters. You will see the Hovhannes Isakov Monument on your right, just past the intersection with Sayat-Nova Avenue.

Public Transport
From Republic Square, take bus number 1 or 3 from the bus stop located near the square. Ride for about 5 stops and get off at the 'Sayat Nova' stop. From there, walk back north on Sayat-Nova Avenue for about 150 meters. The Hovhannes Isakov Monument will be on your left, just before the intersection with Tigran Mets Avenue.

If you are near the Cascade Complex, exit the complex and head east on the main road. Continue walking for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Tigran Mets Avenue. Turn right and walk for about 200 meters. The Hovhannes Isakov Monument will be on your left side.
