Public Bus
From Yerevan, head to the 'Kilikia' bus station. You can take a taxi or a local bus to reach the station. Once at Kilikia, look for buses heading to 'Sevan' or 'Sevan Lake'. The buses are usually marked with their destination. The journey will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to get off at Sevan Lake.
Marshrutka (minibus)
Go to the 'Republic Square' in Yerevan. There is a minibus terminal nearby where you can find marshrutkas heading to Sevan. Look for marshrutkas with the destination 'Sevan' displayed on the front. The ride takes around 1.5 hours, and you will be dropped off close to the lake. Just ask the driver to let you know when you arrive at Sevan Lake.
Train
From Yerevan, go to the 'Yerevan Railway Station'. There are trains that travel to the town of Sevan. Check the schedule for departures to ensure you catch a train. The train journey takes about 2 hours. Once you arrive at Sevan station, you can take a taxi or walk to the lake, which is approximately 6 km away.
