From any point within Arikok National Park, head towards the main road, Route 1 (also known as the L.G. Smith Boulevard). Continue along Route 1 until you reach the junction with Route 4. Turn onto Route 4 and drive towards Oranjestad. Keep an eye out for the Mill Ruins parking area, which is your starting point to reach Spanish Lagoon. Park your car here, as parking is available and free. From the Mill Ruins, you will follow a marked trail leading to Spanish Lagoon.

Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, look for a bus that travels towards Oranjestad. Once you arrive in Oranjestad, you will need to take a taxi or ride-sharing service to reach the Mill Ruins parking area, as public buses do not go directly to the lagoon. The taxi ride from the bus terminal to Mill Ruins should cost you around $10-15. After arriving at the Mill Ruins, follow the designated walking trail to Spanish Lagoon.
