Taxi
From Oranjestad or Palm Beach, taxis are readily available. A taxi ride to Noordkaap, near Ayo, will take approximately 10-15 minutes from Oranjestad and about 20-25 minutes from Palm Beach. Taxi fares are fixed and should be confirmed with the driver beforehand. Expect to pay around $25-$35 from Palm Beach or $17 - $25 from Oranjestad, depending on the exact location and traffic. A surcharge of $3 is added on Sundays, official holidays, and between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Car
Driving to Noordkaap offers flexibility. From Oranjestad, take Route 6 northeast towards Ayo. The drive is approximately 10-15 minutes. Parking is available near the Ayo Rock Formations, a short walk from Noordkaap. Note that roads in the interior may be less maintained. Car rentals are available at the airport and in major tourist areas. Expect to pay around $3 - $5 per hour for parking in main tourist hubs, but parking near Ayo is free.

Public Transport
While public transport to Noordkaap is less direct, it is possible. Take the Arubus from Oranjestad to Ayo. From the bus stop in Ayo, it's approximately a 20-30 minute walk to Noordkaap. Buses run every 15 minutes from 5:45 AM to 6:00 PM, then every 40 minutes until 11:30 PM. A round-trip Arubus card costs $5.
