Divers can explore the outer reefs and a sunken tugboat, Kappel, at a depth of 12 meters. The area is divided into different snorkeling and diving spots. Inside the bay, beginner snorkelers can explore the tugboat wreck, while advanced snorkelers can venture outside the cuts in the reef to witness diverse fish species, including parrotfish, yellowtail snapper, and barracudas. The reef plunges to depths of 110 feet, revealing octopi, morays, and deep-water gorgonians. On land, Mangel Halto features a sandy beach, wooden sun deck, and access through the mangroves for open-water activities.
