Walking

From the Oranjestad cruise terminal, Surfside Beach is approximately a 15-minute walk. Head east on Lloyd G. Smith Boulevard, following the main road along the waterfront. Continue past the Renaissance Marketplace. Surfside Beach will be on your right, just before you reach the airport.

Public Transport

To reach Surfside Beach from the Oranjestad bus terminal, located across the street from the cruise terminal, take a local Arubus. Several bus lines serve the area. Check with the information booth at the terminal for the most direct route and schedule. A round trip bus ticket costs $5 USD. The bus will drop you off near the beach entrance.

Taxi

Taxis are readily available at the Oranjestad cruise terminal. A taxi ride to Surfside Beach is a short trip, costing approximately $11 USD. Confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey.
