Start from the center of Noord, preferably at the Plaza di Noord. Head southeast on Main Street (Caya di Solo) towards the intersection with Caya Betico Croes. Turn left on Caya Betico Croes and continue until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Caya Coco. Follow this road, which will eventually turn into Caya di Seroe. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Caya Libertador. Turn right onto Caya Libertador and keep walking until you reach the entrance to Casibari Rock Formations on your left. The formations are well-marked and visible from the road.

If you're biking, start from the center of Noord at Plaza di Noord. Head southeast on Main Street (Caya di Solo) and make a left on Caya Betico Croes. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout; take the second exit onto Caya Coco. Keep going on this road for about 1.5 kilometers as it turns into Caya di Seroe. When you reach the intersection with Caya Libertador, turn right. The Casibari Rock Formations will be on your left side. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes, depending on your pace.
