From the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba or Playa Linda Beach Resort, simply walk along Palm Beach towards the Pelican Pier, which extends into the ocean. Pelican Adventures is located on the pier. No costs are involved.

From Oranjestad, take the Arubus Route 10 or 10A towards the high-rise hotels. Get off at the Holiday Inn stop. Walk towards the beach and you'll see Pelican Pier. Pelican Adventures is located on the pier. A single bus fare is approximately Afl 2.50 (USD 1.50).

Taxis are readily available throughout Aruba, especially at major hotels and the cruise terminal. Ask the driver to take you to Pelican Pier, located between the Holiday Inn and Playa Linda Beach Resort on Palm Beach. A taxi from the cruise terminal to Pelican Pier is approximately $10, with a $3 surcharge on Sundays and holidays. From the airport to Noord, the taxi fare is around $35.
