Get off at the Port Adelaide Railway Station. Once you arrive, exit the station and walk towards the water. Head east on Commercial Road, then turn left onto McLaren Wharf. Port River Cruises will be on your right at 1 McLaren Wharf.

From the Adelaide city center, you can catch the 150 bus from the Currie Street bus stop. The bus ride takes approximately 40 minutes. Get off at the 'Port Adelaide' stop. After disembarking, walk towards the waterfront, heading towards McLaren Wharf. Turn left onto McLaren Wharf, and Port River Cruises will be located at 1 McLaren Wharf.
