If you are starting from the Adelaide Central Market, head east on Grote Street towards Pulteney Street. Turn right onto Pulteney Street and continue until you reach Rundle Mall. Walk through Rundle Mall, enjoying the shops and street performers. At the end of Rundle Mall, turn left onto North Terrace and walk towards the University of Adelaide. Continue along North Terrace until you reach the intersection with Frome Road. Cross Frome Road, and you will see the entrance to the Adelaide University Footbridge, which connects the university to the nearby parklands.

To reach the Adelaide University Footbridge via bus, take any bus from Adelaide Central Bus Station that goes towards North Adelaide. Get off at the stop on North Terrace near the University of Adelaide. After disembarking, head east towards the university campus.
