Walking
From the Glenelg tram stop, head east along Jetty Road towards the beach. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the end of Jetty Road. At the end, turn left onto Brighton Road and walk for approximately 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with MacFarlane Street. Turn right onto MacFarlane Street and continue walking for another 5 minutes. The Old Gum Tree Reserve will be on your left.

From Glenelg, you can take the bus route 263 heading towards the Adelaide city. Board the bus at the bus stop on Jetty Road. After about 10 minutes, disembark at the stop on Brighton Road near MacFarlane Street. From there, walk west along MacFarlane Street for about 5 minutes to reach the Old Gum Tree Reserve.
