    If you are starting from the Alice Springs town center, head west on Todd Street towards the intersection with Stott Terrace. Turn left onto Stott Terrace and continue until you reach the intersection with Larapinta Drive. Turn right onto Larapinta Drive and walk for about 3 kilometers. You will see the entrance to Alice Springs Desert Park on your left.

    From the Alice Springs town center, rent a bicycle and head west on Todd Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Stott Terrace. Turn left onto Stott Terrace, then right onto Larapinta Drive. Follow Larapinta Drive for approximately 3 kilometers, and the Alice Springs Desert Park will be on your left. There are bike racks available at the park entrance.

  • Public Transport (Bus)

    Catch the bus from the Alice Springs Transit Centre. Look for the bus route that goes to the Desert Park; typically, it is the number 5 bus. The bus ride takes about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Alice Springs Desert Park and walk the short distance to the entrance.
