Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from the Alice Springs Visitor Information Centre located at 67 Todd Street, head south on Todd Street towards the intersection with Stott Terrace. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Stuart Highway (National Route 87). Cross over to the other side and continue walking straight ahead until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the Stuart Highway heading north. Walk approximately 1.5 kilometers along the highway. You will see Stuart Park on your left. The entrance is marked, and there is a path leading into the park.

    From the Alice Springs Town Centre, you can take the local bus service that stops at various points in the city. Look for the bus route that heads towards the Stuart Highway. Alight at the stop closest to the Stuart Highway, which is about 1.5 kilometers from Stuart Park. Once you get off the bus, walk back towards the highway and follow the instructions for walking as mentioned above to reach Stuart Park.
