Driving
Millaa Millaa Falls is located approximately 98 km southwest of Cairns. From Cairns, take the Bruce Highway south and turn onto Gillies Range Road. Follow the signs to Millaa Millaa. Once in Millaa Millaa, take Falls Road to the falls. The drive offers scenic views of the Atherton Tablelands. Parking is available near the entrance. There are no fees for parking or entry.
Public Transport
While there isn't a direct public transport route to Millaa Millaa Falls, you can take a train from Cairns to Babinda, followed by a taxi to the falls. The train and taxi journey takes approximately 2 hours and costs between $200 and $460 AUD. Alternatively, a bus from Cairns to Ravenshoe is available 3 times a week, costing $35-$55 AUD. From Ravenshoe, you would need to arrange a taxi to Millaa Millaa Falls.
