Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, you can easily reach Mintaro Maze by following these directions. Start from the main highway in Barossa Valley, the Sturt Highway (A20). Head north toward Gawler. After about 15 kilometers, take the exit on your left onto the Horrocks Highway (B84) toward Clare. Continue on Horrocks Highway for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach Mintaro. When entering Mintaro, turn left onto Jacka Road. Mintaro Maze will be located on your right at 27 Jacka Rd, Mintaro SA 5415. There is usually no charge for parking at the venue.

• Public Transportation

  For those relying on public transportation, take a bus from the Barossa Valley Visitor Centre to Clare. The bus route is operated by the Adelaide Metro. Once you arrive in Clare, you'll need to catch a local taxi or rideshare service to get to Mintaro Maze, which is about 15 kilometers away. The taxi fare may vary, but you should expect to pay around $30 AUD. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may not be frequent, especially on weekends.

• Bicycle

  If you're feeling adventurous and want to cycle to Mintaro Maze, you can rent a bicycle in Barossa Valley. The ride will take about 2 hours depending on your pace. Start by cycling along the beautiful Barossa Valley roads towards Gawler, then take the Horrocks Highway (B84) north towards Clare. Be sure to wear a helmet and bring water, as some stretches may not have facilities. Once you reach Mintaro, turn onto Jacka Road, where you'll find Mintaro Maze at 27 Jacka Rd. There are no specific bicycle parking facilities, but you can lock your bike near the entrance.
