Public Transport
Mowbray Park is accessible via the CityCat ferry service. From the city center, take any CityCat heading towards Bulimba and disembark at the Mowbray Park ferry terminal. The park is located adjacent to the terminal. As of July 2025, all Translink services, including ferries, have a flat fare of $0.50 AUD per journey.

Walking
If you are in East Brisbane or nearby Kangaroo Point, Mowbray Park is easily accessible by foot. From Kangaroo Point, walk along the riverfront pathway towards the Story Bridge, then continue along Lytton Road until you reach the park entrance. From central East Brisbane, simply head towards the riverfront along any of the intersecting streets. There are no access fees for walking to the park.

If driving, approach Mowbray Park via Lytton Road. Limited parking is available directly adjacent to the park. Alternatively, street parking can be found in the surrounding streets. Keep in mind that parking restrictions may apply. P+R Mowbray Park is available, but hours of operation are not available. There are also parking bays along Goodwin Terrace. Parking costs vary, with metered street parking typically costing around $3.00 - $5.00 AUD per hour. Some free street parking may be available further away from the park.
