If you are in the Canberra city centre, head to the nearest bus stop and catch the action bus route 300 or 301 towards Woden. Get off at the 'Parliament House' stop. Take the light rail from the city to the 'Canberra Airport' station. Disembark at the 'City' station and transfer to bus route 300 or 301 towards Woden. Get off at 'Parliament House' stop and walk about 600 meters down King George Terrace to reach the memorial located at 18 King George Terrace, Parkes ACT 2600.
