If you are driving, start from the main road in Cape Tribulation. Head north on the Captain Cook Highway (State Route 1) for about 2 kilometers. Look for the Mount Sorrow trailhead on your left, marked by a sign indicating the trail to Mount Sorrow. There is limited parking available at the trailhead.
