If you're driving from anywhere in Central Victoria, head towards Melbourne on the Calder Freeway (M79). Follow signs for Melbourne and continue on the M79 until you reach the Citylink toll road. Take the Citylink towards the Westgate Freeway, and then follow signs for the CBD. Once in the city, take the exit for Kings Way and turn left onto Flinders Street. The Koorie Heritage Trust is located at The Birrarung Building, at the corner of Flinders and Swanston Streets. Parking may be available at nearby commercial lots, and be prepared for parking fees, which can vary.

To reach the Koorie Heritage Trust by train, locate your nearest railway station in Central Victoria and take a train towards Southern Cross Station in Melbourne. Once you arrive at Southern Cross Station, exit onto Spencer Street and walk to the Southern Cross tram stop. Board a tram on the Route 96 or Route 86 towards St Kilda or Brunswick, respectively. Get off at the stop 'Federation Square' which is right next to The Birrarung Building where the Koorie Heritage Trust is located. A Myki card is required for travel, and the cost for a single trip is approximately AUD 4.60.
