If you are driving from any location in Central Victoria, take the Calder Freeway (M79) towards Melbourne. Follow the signs for the City Centre. Once you reach the outskirts of Melbourne, continue on the M1 (Citylink) until you see signs for St Kilda Road. Take the St Kilda Road exit and continue straight until you reach Birdwood Avenue. The Shrine of Remembrance will be on your left. Parking is available nearby, but there may be a fee depending on the time of day.

For those using public transport, head to your nearest train station and take a train towards Melbourne. Depending on your starting point, you may need to change trains at Southern Cross Station. From Southern Cross, take the Sandringham line and alight at Richmond Station. From there, catch Tram 70 or Tram 75 towards the city. Get off at the Domain Interchange, and it's a short walk to the Shrine of Remembrance from there (approximately 10 minutes).
