Driving
From Daintree Village, head north on Mossman-Daintree Road (Bump Track) for approximately 18 kilometers until you reach the Daintree River. Take the ferry across the river; the cost is around AUD 30 per car. After crossing, continue on Cape Tribulation Road (State Route 25) for approximately 25 kilometers. Kurranji Bubu Nature Refuge is located at 2255 Cape Tribulation Rd, Diwan QLD 4873, on your left. Look for the entrance signage.
Public Transport
From Port Douglas, take a shuttle service or bus to the Daintree Rainforest area. Check the schedule in advance as services may be infrequent. After reaching Daintree Village, take a taxi or rideshare service to Kurranji Bubu Nature Refuge, as public transport does not extend directly to the refuge. The taxi ride should take about 15-20 minutes and may cost around AUD 40-60.
