    Carr's Lookout is located on Spring Creek Road, approximately 8 km northeast of Queen Mary Falls. From Queen Mary Falls, continue along Spring Creek Road. The lookout has an easily accessible carpark. Parking is free. Be aware that the road between Carr's Lookout and Cambanoora Gorge is steep and narrow and not suitable for large vehicles or caravans.

Carr's Lookout is a must-see destination along the Falls Drive in the Southern Downs region of Queensland. Situated on Spring Creek Road, approximately 8km northeast of Queen Mary Falls, the lookout provides breathtaking views over the Head Valley to Mt Superbus, the Scenic Rim, and Tambourine Mountain. Visitors can learn about the area's history from a sign board that recounts the story of a 1955 plane crash on Mt Superbus; the wreckage remains on the mountain. Carr's Lookout also offers views of the headwaters of the Condamine River, which feeds into the Murray-Darling river system, Australia's longest. The lookout is easily accessible, with a carpark located nearby. A short walk along a purpose-built boardwalk leads to the wooden platform offering views. Carr's Lookout is next to the Spring Creek Mountain Cafe and Cottages. The surrounding area is home to diverse wildlife, including kangaroos and wallabies.
