If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Toowoomba. Head south on Ruthven Street towards the Warrego Highway (A2). Continue on the Warrego Highway for approximately 7 km. Take the exit towards Drayton (B15) and follow the signs for Drayton. Once you enter Drayton, turn left onto Drayton Road and continue for about 2 km. You will see signs for Drayton Harbour Lookout. The lookout is situated at the end of Drayton Harbour Drive. There is no entrance fee, and parking is available near the lookout.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Toowoomba city center to Drayton. Check the local bus schedules for routes that head towards Drayton. Once you arrive at Drayton, you will need to walk to Drayton Harbour Lookout. It is approximately a 20-minute walk from the bus stop on Drayton Road. Head south on Drayton Road, then turn left onto Drayton Harbour Drive, following the signs to the lookout. Make sure to check the bus timetable for return trips as services may be limited.
