Consider combining your visit with a trip to the nearby Territory Wildlife Park, which is just a short drive further along Cox Peninsula Road.

    From Darwin City, take the Line 8 bus to Palmerston Interchange. From there, transfer to the Line 445 bus towards Cox Peninsula. Alight at the Cox Peninsular Interchange. From there it is difficult to reach the park without a car. The total journey takes approximately 2 hours 9 minutes and costs $22 - $27.
