Car
From Melbourne, take the M31 freeway towards Ballarat. After approximately 90 minutes, take the exit towards Halls Gap. Continue on Grampians Road and follow the signs to Halls Gap. Once in Halls Gap, turn onto Mt Difficult Road. Boroka Lookout will be approximately a 10-minute drive from the town center. There is no entry fee for the lookout itself, but be aware of potential parking fees in the Halls Gap area.
Public Transportation
Take a V/Line train from Southern Cross Station in Melbourne to Stawell. The journey takes about 2.5 hours. From Stawell, catch a bus to Halls Gap (check the local bus schedules as they may vary). Once in Halls Gap, you can either walk or take a taxi to Boroka Lookout, which is about 6 km away. Ensure you check the local bus timings for your return trip.
Taxi or Rideshare
If you are in Halls Gap and prefer not to walk, you can use a local taxi service or rideshare apps like Uber to reach Boroka Lookout. The fare will generally be around AUD 15-30 depending on your location within Halls Gap.
