From Cairns, take the Bruce Highway (A1) heading south. After approximately 150 km, take the exit toward the Kennedy Highway (A10) to Atherton. Continue on the Kennedy Highway for about 50 km until you reach the town of Atherton. In Atherton, turn onto the Gillies Highway and follow it for approximately 30 km until you reach the town of Yungaburra. From Yungaburra, take the road to Malanda, and then follow the signs to the Palmerston Highway (B1) toward Millaa Millaa. Continue for about 40 km until you see signs for Queen Mary Falls. Turn onto the Queen Mary Falls Road and follow it for about 10 km until you reach the falls. Note: Be mindful of road conditions and wildlife along the way.
