If you're traveling by car, start from any location in the Fleurieu Peninsula. Use Main South Road (A13) and head towards Adelaide. Follow the signs to Adelaide and merge onto the Southern Expressway (M2). Continue on the Southern Expressway until it merges into the South Road. Follow South Road into the city. Once you reach the city, turn left onto West Terrace, then right onto Light Square. The Colonel Light Memorial Monument will be located in Light Square on your right. Parking may be available on the street or in nearby parking lots; be aware that some areas may have parking fees.

For those using public transportation, you can take the train from any station in the Fleurieu Peninsula (like Victor Harbor or Goolwa) to Adelaide.
