    Car

    If you are driving from the Freycinet National Park Visitor Centre, head southeast on Coles Bay Road towards Coles Bay. Continue on Coles Bay Road as it winds through the park. After approximately 11 kilometers, you will reach a fork. Keep to the left to stay on Coles Bay Road. After another 1 kilometer, you will see the sign for Friendly Beaches on your right. Turn onto the unsealed road and follow it for about 2 kilometers until you reach the beach parking area.

    Public Transportation

    Take the shuttle bus from the Freycinet National Park Visitor Centre to Coles Bay. Once at Coles Bay, you can either walk or take a taxi to Friendly Beaches. If walking, head east on the main road for about 3 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for Friendly Beaches Road. Turn left and follow the road for 2 kilometers to reach the beach. If you prefer a taxi, ask the driver to take you directly to Friendly Beaches.
