Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, head towards Eagle Point from your current location in Gippsland. Use the Princes Highway (A1) and follow the signs for Bairnsdale. Once you reach Bairnsdale, take the exit onto the Great Alpine Road (B500) towards Eagle Point. Continue on the Great Alpine Road until you reach Rivermouth Road. Turn onto Rivermouth Road, and follow it to the Jetty located at the end of the road. Make sure to check for parking availability upon arrival.

• Public Transportation

  For public transportation, take a V/Line train or bus from your location in Gippsland to Bairnsdale. Once in Bairnsdale, you will need to catch a local bus service that operates towards Eagle Point. Check the local bus schedules for the latest timings. Upon reaching the Eagle Point stop, walk to Rivermouth Road and follow it until you reach the Jetty. Be aware that the bus service may have limited frequency, so plan your trip accordingly.

• Bicycle

  For the more adventurous travelers, consider biking to the Jetty. Start from your location in Gippsland and follow the local bike paths towards Bairnsdale. From Bairnsdale, head towards Eagle Point via the Great Alpine Road. Once you reach Rivermouth Road, continue cycling until you reach the Jetty. Ensure you have a good map or GPS device, as some parts of the route may not have dedicated bike paths.
